Rainbows

To keep my fingers busy on long evenings watching tv I'm winding these lovely yarns round my flower loom...

one is Rowan Colourscape chunky by Kaffe Fasset....100% lambswool
in candy pink....shade 434

from one 100g skein I have lots of different multi coloured yarns

The other is  Knitcol by Adriafil 100% merino shade 60 Rousseau phantasy

I must admit though I have to have full screen concentration for certain programmes..not relishing the final ever episode of Spooks tomorrow night!

What gorgeous yarns, Ali!! The Kaffe Fasset one looks particularly decadent! There's something very comforting about longer evenings and time inside for cosy crafts, isn't there? I love the look of your flowers, and can imagine them added to one of your homemade cards or incorporated into a felty piece of artwork. I wonder what would happen if you added them to a felt project before beginning the wet felting...what they keep their shape or get lost in the rest of the wool?
Pleased that you've managed to get rid of the blog photo imp, too :)

Such lovely, soft shades. Those flowers make me think of spring, a season I'm longing for already!

Love the rainbow shades!! Is it easy to do? (keeping in mind i struggle with crochet...)
So many things to try.... so little time!

Lovely flowers, it's always exciting to see the colours emerge from a variegated yarn isn't it? Thank you for my lovely present, I'll post a photo soon of where we've displayed it.
